1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused and in original condition.

  • The item is in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used perfumes or opened fragrance bottles

  • Personal care items once opened

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or sale items (if mentioned as final sale)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and clear pictures (if damaged/defective).

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Do not send the product back without confirmation from our support team.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via:

    • Bank transfer

    • Easypaisa / JazzCash

    • Store credit (if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was incorrect or damaged.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges if:

  • You received a defective or damaged item.

  • You received the wrong product.

Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Please ensure availability at the delivery address.

  • Refusal of confirmed orders may result in future order restrictions.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Double-check your bank or mobile wallet account.

  • Contact your payment provider.

  • If the issue persists, contact our support team.
